Question:
I’m looking for a tire-and-wheel combo that looks sharp and is lightweight but still strong enough for my gooseneck flatbed with 6-lug hubs. What would you recommend?

Great question, Alex.
I’d go with the Maxxis # MXS87FR. It pairs the proven ST235/80R16 Load Range E Maxxis radial tire (3,420 lbs @ 80 psi) with a sleek black-and-machined aluminum Eagle wheel that’s both lightweight and corrosion-resistant. It gives you the strength without the rust, and it’s rated for 87 mph highway speeds, so it’ll handle those long hauls with ease.
This comes pre-mounted and balanced which is a super nice benefit.
Do you tow year-round or just seasonally? I can share a few tips for off-season tire care and storage.
