Do The Pre-Mounted 235/80R16 Tires On 6 Lug 16" Wheels Already Balanced From The Factory?

Question:
Are these pre-balanced or do I need to get them balanced locally?

They’re ready to roll, Lisa. The Maxxis ST235/80R16 Radial Tire w/ 16" Eagle Aluminum Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 # MXS87FR assemblies are bead-balanced from the factory and come with high-pressure valve stems pre-installed. You just bolt them on and torque them to 90–100 ft-lbs for aluminum wheels.
Do you already have a torque wrench handy, or would you like a link to a good one for trailers?
