What is the difference between the C44NR four pin wiring harness and the 56483 harness. For installation on a 2025 Honda HRV. Thanks

I installed a hitch on my wife’s Honda for a bike rack but since the bikes obstruct the taillights I’m adding taillights to the bike rack. The lights have a 4 pin plug. This harness is the one I need. Thanks for the clarification.
