Are these pre-balanced or do I need to have a shop do that?

Good question, Julie. They actually pre-match the tire and wheel # MXS99FR for balance at the factory with internal balancing beads, so no spin balancing is needed! These come ready to install and tow. If you log lots of highway miles or notice vibration in past tires, these will be a smoother upgrade.
How often are you on the road? I can suggest a quick air-pressure and rotation routine that fits your mileage.
