Question:
Do I need to get them balanced at a shop?

No, Jake. The Maxxis ST205/75R15 Radial Tire w/ 15" Black Modular Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 # MXS39FR is bead-balanced from the factory, so you already get vibration control without external weights. By adding external weights at a shop, that will likely be too much going on internally and externally, so I'd just stick with one or the other. But these already have the work done, so all you have to do is buy it, install it, and hit the road! No going to a shop and dropping off for balancing and getting charged more than you need to spend.
