Looking For A Replacement AC Unit Only For My Current
Updated 10/09/2025 | Published 10/07/2025 >
Question:
I have a failed 2019 Mach 8 - 9,200 btu and wish to replace it with a 13,500 Btu air conditioner compatible with the current one. Is the Coleman Signature Mach 3 compatible with my current interior components and electrical? If so, the unit is all I need to purchase, correct. I do wish to add the heat strip.

Hey Jerry,
Unfortunately there was a change in EPA regulations meaning anything 2024 and earlier is not compatible with new replacement units. We do not carry an exact replacement for your Coleman so you would need to replace the whole system. There may be a chance if you give Coleman a call they have a direct replacement that could be compatibly with your system still.
Since we do not have a replacement I recommend going with a new Advent Air system, # ADV23SR. A 13,500 BTU unit that will install in the same place/way as your Coleman. Or the Coleman Mach 3 # CM83RR, which you would still have to get the entire system.
What kind of trailer do you have this unit on?
