They sure do Tyler! For a 3" diameter 7,000 lbs axle you'll want the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit item # K71-385-00. This kit will allow you to move your axle below your leaf springs. The kit is sold individually so you'll need one per axle.
Does your Forest River have the standard double-eye leaf spring suspension set up?

Thanks for the reply Jerred! I am actually looking at this kit for a triple axle equipment trailer I have. I see the kit comes with 1/2 U bolts. After measuring mine it appears mine are the 9/16. Is there any option to get it with 9/16? Thanks
