Troubleshooting Jensen Stereo Unit Not Playing Or Ejecting Cds

Question:
I have a jensen awm970 stereo unit, c/d will go in but says loading, will not play c/d and will not eject c/d. Have been told it may be loading tray drive belt. Do you have any videos etc that may help. Thanks Dave

Hey Dave,
Unfortunately we do not have any videos specifically on this. I did do some research on that unit and what I recommend is performing a hard reset on the unit. You can do this by either holding the eject button and power button for 10 seconds, or disconnecting power from the unit for 15 minutes.
If that does not work let me know and I will continue to troubleshoot for oyu.
