Question:
is there any difference between the WS64WR and WS89WR? weigh safe tongue weight hitches

Expert Reply:
Angela, the only difference is the drop range. The Weigh Safe Pintle Hitch with tongue weight scale # WS64WR gives you 6 inches of drop, while the # WS89WR goes to 8 inches of drop.
Both use a 3 inch shank, both are rated 22K GTW / 2,200 lbs tongue weight, and both come with the pintle plus 2 inch and 2-5/16 inch balls, along with the built-in scale.
Do you know your trailer’s coupler height when level? That’ll tell you which drop you need.
