Question:
I have a 34’ Carver cruiser with a pretty packed bilge. Would one 800W heater cover it, or would two smaller ones be smarter?

Derek, the 800W # XH27FR is designed for boats up to 35’, but in a tight compartment with multiple engines and pumps, many owners prefer using two smaller heaters like a pair of 400W # XH67FR or 600W # XH77FR on opposite sides. That creates a circular airflow pattern and ensures no cold pockets.
How is your bilge laid out - wide and open, or divided up around the engines?
