Updated 09/30/2025 | Published 09/28/2025 >
Question:
If upgrading a global lock mrl-4510-2006 to what is the keypad model, are any changes needed to the door ‘frame’? The striker plate and deadbolt receiver hole for example. Instructions do not address locations and dimensions or requirements.

Hey Robert, if you upgrade the latch/lock in your RV to the # GL62VR and the cutout dimensions are all correct you can assume everything else is correct too since these are designed to fit the standard RV door cutouts. This fits standard 4.6" x 6.9" cutouts is that what you have?
