Question:
Goose neck or 5th wheel hitch on new rv ?

That's a very good question, Don. Both setups have their perks!
If you’re looking for something that’s easier to remove, a gooseneck is the better option. You can simply pop out the ball, which makes it quick and easy to free up your truck bed when you need to haul other cargo.
On the other hand, a 5th wheel really shines when it comes to ride comfort, especially if you’re using a cushioned pin box. It helps absorb bumps and reduces the amount of road shock you feel in the truck.
Will this be your first 5th wheel or gooseneck?
