You'll want to do the following procedures to verify your 2015 Taurus can be flat towed:

1: Check the Owner's Manual: Always consult your specific owner's manual to confirm your vehicle is flat-towable and to find the official, detailed procedure for your year and model.

2. Start the Engine: Turn the engine on and let it run for approximately five minutes.

3. Shift Transmission: Shift the transmission through all gears, including reverse, and then place it in neutral.

4. Turn Off Engine: With the transmission in neutral, turn the engine off.
