Hi Deborah; a bike rack carrier or custom fit hitch is not something that is available for your 1993 Corvette. What you can do is take the # E-9 to a local fabricator and have them fashion a custom hitch for your vehicle. You also need to find out what the tongue weight capacity is for your Corvette. Even if the hitch can handle it it doesn't mean your vehicle can. If you add a cargo carrier like # C18152 to carry the wheelchair you also need to account for the weight of the carrier, in this case it is 64 lbs.
