Do You Sell a Shorter Shank for the 24x60 etrailer Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches?

Question:
Bought this and love it. Do you have an adapter that work to shorten the length between the back of the trailer and the carrier? Understand it is built to accommodate a truck tailgate but not what I am using it for. Thanks.

Hello Shawn,
I am glad that you love our 24x60 etrailer Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 440 lbs # e54VV. Unfortunately, we do not have a shorter shank that you can swap out to shorten the clearance.
Another reason why we went with the longer shank is so that it can be folded up when it is not in use, and after the cage is removed. I will suggest the shorter shank option to our design team.
What do you mainly use the cage for?
