Question:
I have a 5th wheel that is pre wired for solar. I already have a 200 Watt solar panel, and 15A Victron SmartSolar MPPT controller. My impression is all I need is a pass through inverter to complete the installation. As stated I believe mine is already wired so I need an output to the wiring in the trailer. On these units I see standard 12V AC plugs but no other output. Is there something I am not seeing? And is this a pass through inverter? And does this come with the cables necessary to hook to the battery? Do no see any in the pics or description.

Hey Pat, the GO Power inverter you referenced does not have pass through function as it only has a single set of DC inputs and AC outputs that are outlet. Instead for a similar inverter that has the pass through/transfer switch capabilities you'd want the Progressive Dynamics part # PD64FR.
