Question:

How can a Bike Adapter hold 4 bicycles? Are a total of 4 parts required to hold up to 4 bikes? I want precise explanation or photos. Thank you for your help.

To hold 4 bikes with the Bike Adapter For Draw-Tite and Reese Cargo Carriers you would need to load the bikes with the handle bars in alternating directions, two on each side of the bar, and then use tie downs, item # 05605, to attach the bikes to the carrier and support bar.

If you need to carry 4 bikes a hitch mounted bike carrier (see link) would most likely be a better option for you. This option will keep the bikes form contacting each other and causing damage to the bike finish or mechanical functions.
