Looking For A Ladder Rack For My 2024 Ford Maverick With A Tonneau Cover

I have a 10ft kayak. My vehicle is a 2024 Ford Maverick with the folding Tonneau cover from Ford. Is there a rack that would work with the cover? I also have a 2in tow hitch.

Hey Cherie,
The only rack we have for your Maverick that is going to be compatible with a tonneau cover on is going to be the Yakima OutPost HD Truck Bed Rack # Y01152-5755. That would allow you to get a rack over the cover and give you 300lbs of carrying capacity. Since you have that 2" hitch you could pair it with the truck bed load extender # Y01149 as well.
There may be other options like the Malone CrossBed With Extender # MAL33HR, but that would most likely require you to remove the tonneau cover in order to use.
