The Master Lock Trailer Coupler Lock - 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/16" Ball Couplers # ML389DAT will indeed fit Bulldog couplers. This truely is universal and I don't think I have run into one it didn't fit yet. I included an image with this on a few different style couplers as well.
What kind of trailer are you wanting to use this on?
