Is the Rhino-Rack Ski and Fishing Rod Carrier Kit Available with a 90-Degree Bracket?

I want to use this for a custom application. Can the bracket be made to a 90-degree angle instead of a 75-degree angle?

Rhino Rack just has the 75-degree angled brackets that come in the Rhino-Rack Ski and Fishing Rod Carrier Kit # RR572-43159, and they don't have one with a 90-degree bracket.
Are you just trying to give yourself as much space on your Pioneer rack as possible?
