Question:
Hello, I have a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country Van. It has the factory rails and cross bars that you screw on. I have round yakima bars with my kayak saddles that Id love to use. Is there a way to attach my round bars to the van or factory rails? Thanks

Hello Jeff, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say that Yakima does not offer any fits for the 2015 Chrysler Town and Country, so there would be no way to attach the Yakima round crossbars. Actually, not a single one of our roof rack manufacturers makes anything for your vehicle.
What I would recommend here is getting a kayak carrier that is compatible with the Chrysler factory crossbars. Something like the etrailer Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # e98878. This can carry really any kayak weighing under 150 lbs. It works with virtually any crossbar up to 3-1/8" wide x 1-1/2" tall.
What kind of Kayak saddles do you have? Also what kind of kayak? Just curious.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

Hey Jeff, did you have a chance to try the etrailer Kayak Carrier with your Chrysler's factory crossbars? I'm curious to know how it worked out for your kayak setup, as it could help others with similar vehicles.
