What is the Difference Between Yakima Landing Pads 1 and 4

In looking at the pictures, Landing Pad one looks exactly the same as landing pad 4. In fact Ive seen pics where thd letters LP1 and LP4 are molded into the bottom of the pad. Is there any difference?

What about the pieces with LP1 and LP4 molded into it? I have those and I am trying to figure out what I need to buy.
