Troubleshooting Thetford Aqua Magic II Toilet Where Pedal Keeps Falling Off

I have the Aqua-Magic 11 in my 22 Solitude and the flush pedal keeps falling off. I can get it back on but I am looking for a fix to this problem.

Hey Joe, if your Thetford Aqua Magic II toilet's pedal keeps falling off, it's likely the return spring has disengaged or broken. You can often fix this by removing the pedal and reattaching the spring to the hook points on the pedal and toilet base. Let me know if that is all it takes.

Hello Jameson the spring is on and under pressure on mount points. Pedal goes on then after use for a while it comes off in the middle of a flush. The center mount that slides into base is not holding.

@Joe Does it look like any part of it is broken or from your perspective does it look like a design flaw?

To convert the WFCO WF-8955PEC to be lithium compatible you'd need the part #PD4655V and you'd be set. This fits in the panel without any modifications.
