Is Offset Portion of # AM3139 Available Separately

can just the bottom offset part be bought by it self? I already have the tube for the gooseneck hitch just need the off set for my short box pickup. 2006 f350

Andersen does indeed offer the offset portion as a replacement part. The part number is # AM3140.
