Yes, you will need a torque wrench to install the set bolts of the Andersen Gooseneck and Fifth Wheel Adapter # AM3100 to the torque spec indicated in the installation instructions. Some auto parts stores will rent/lend these. I have sent the complete instructions to you in a separate email.
