Will 7-Way Trailer Adapter C57003 Solve Power Pulse Issue On 2022 GMC Sierra 1500?

Will curt adaptor solve GMC power pulse? IO cant pair my camera to monitor be cause of powere pulsing 20 22 gmc 1500 sierra y pin adaptor needed to filer or something to that extent

Hello Mike, thanks for reaching out. It sounds like your trailer has LED tail lights which are causing the power pulse. This is unfortunately fairly common with newer trucks and trailers with LED lights. The 7-Way Trailer Adapter for Towing Trailers with LED Lights # C57003 will help to resolve this issue. It has built in load resistors which will get rid of the pulse and allow things to work normally.

Hi Jesse no it's not a matter of that. It's a gmc thing google furrion back up camera wont pair + GMC

@Mike Man I just went down the rabbit hole reading about this is a few forums. What I am reading on there is pretty in line with the feedback we hear from our customers about this same issue. It sounds like there are a lot of people out there who used the adapter and it worked great, but I read just as many other accounts of people saying it didn't work and they returned it. This is pretty much what we hear from our customers who get the adapter. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I did see quite a few mentions of folks installing relays and that fixing the issue so if you are comfortable doing that kind of work I feel like the relay would be a bit more of a reliable fix compared to the adapter. I wish I could guarantee you the adapter would work but I just can't.
