Will the Travelbox RV heater work with solar panel 200w setup?

Question:

Hey guys, we usually boondock/camp with a 200W solar setup and 100Ah lithium. Can I recharge the Travelbox battery off my solar system if I disconnect it from the 100ah lithium battery we use for out lights?

You sure can! The Autoterm Heater Travelbox # AU36MR includes a Victron AGM battery and can charge via 12V DC or 110V AC. As long as your solar controller supports AGM output and you're within voltage range, you're good to go.

The battery is compatible with the Victron battery app that allows you to monitor the battery level as you're camping.

One thing to note is that the solar setup may need an adapter going to the battery system. This Travelbox has a 110v ac plug that connects to a standard house outlet, and also a 12v cigarette style outlet found in a car. If you want to use solar, you'd need an adapter from the solar controller to the 12v cigarette outlet.
