Question:
Is this unit compatible to replace our current GE unit that came on our 2024 Alpha Wolf, manufacture date of 10/23?

Hi Mike; I'm sorry to say that AC systems from 2024 and earlier were still using the R410A refrigerant. Everything, including the # GE37FR, has moved to the new R32 following the 2025 EPA guidelines. Since R32 AC units are not backwards compatible with the old air distribution box or thermostat complete replacement will be necessary. We have the following available:
-GE Appliances Deluxe Plus RV AC System w/ Heat - Ductless - 15,000 Btu - White - Complete System # GE94RR
-GE Appliances Deluxe Plus RV AC System w/ Heat Pump - Ducted - 15,000 Btu - White - Complete System # GE85ZR
I understand that isn't ideal but at least once you switch you won't have to worry about parts being available if you need them in the future.
Any trips planned with your Alpha Wolf before summer wraps up?
