Will the CIPA 11400 product help me see what is directly behind my truck with a slide in camper? Thanks

The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors item # CM11400 are going to help you see farther down the side of your camper or the lanes around but they won't allow you to see behind your truck with or without the camper. For that you'll need a camera system like the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision item # FOS05TASF.
The Furrion item # FOS05TASF comes with a 5" monitor and camera that you will want to wire to the running lights to ensure it will always be on. This will allow you to constantly monitor what's going on behind your slide in camper.
