Hey Don. What kind of trailer do you have? We have two types of ramp door springs so I am going to need a bit more information from you.

The Replacement Spring Assembly for Buyers Products EZ Gate Tailgate Assist for Open Landscape Trailers item # 3373015510, you were looking at works with a system like item # 3375201000 and mounts on the top of the rails of standard landscaping trailers. The spring measure 28" long and has a 180 lbs capacity.

Our only other option is your standard Conventional Ramp Door Spring for 5' Wide Enclosed Trailer like item # 362SA5. These are setups like you see on garage doors at home. We do not have the individual springs so I would need to know how wide your door is to recommend the correct set.

You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.

Hey Don, did you find out what kind of trailer you have and if any of the spring options worked for you? I'm asking because it could help others who might be in a similar situation.
