The Curt Hardware Kit # C98KR will be what you are wanting for the Curt SecureLatch Lunette Ring - Adjustable Channel Mount - 3" Diameter - 40,000 lbs # CU99FR. If you don't already have a channel for this, the 4-Position Adjustable Channel # CU69FR will handle the 40,000 pounds the SecureLatch is rated for and you will just need to weld it on where you want it.
Speaking of which, what kind of trailer you are wanting this for? Guessing it is a beefy one.
