I want the least expensive base plate and tow bar for a 2007 Mini Cooper Convertible to pull behind my RV. Which one should I buy?

Hey Fredrick, flat tow setups are generally harder to make super cheap but the best priced base plate kit we offer is the Roadmaster part # 521876-1 for your 2007 Mini Cooper convertible.
Then for a tow bar the Roadmaster part # RM-520 is best option that fits direct to the base plate kit.
