We bought Aero crossbars from you years ago. For our 2013 Subaru Outback wagon. The roof bars were raised. Now we have a 2024 RAV4 Prime, with flush roof runners and wonder if the Aero bars can be used with them.

Hey Stuart, welcome back! The only parts you could potentially reuse from your current setup are the 47" Thule AeroBlade crossbars. None of the other attachment pieces are going to be compatible. I do say maybe because these are 3" shorter than the 50" item # TH711300 that is recommended for a 2024 Toyota RAV-4 Prime.
Here are the rest of the parts you'll need to attach your crossbars to the flush mounted rails on the roof of your 2024 Toyota RAV4 Prime:
Evo Fixpoint Feet for Thule Evo Crossbars - Fixed Mounting Points and Tracks - Qty 4 item # TH49SC
Fit Kit for Thule Evo Fixpoint and Edge Fixpoint Roof Rack Feet - 7055 item # TH78RE
If your crossbars end up being too short to mount on the item # TH49SC feet, you'll need the 50" Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars item # TH711300.
