They’ll do just fine, Wes, as long as your trailer has angle iron rails to support them.

The angle mounts in the CargoAnchor trailer tie down kit # CB99GR are securely pinned into place and the CargoBuckle G3 straps have a 1,167 lb working load limit each, which is more than enough for most compact tractors when used in pairs. For extra peace of mind, you can always back them up with wheel chocks or front-end stops.

Also, like any metal on metal parts on a trailer, there will be some noise if the mount is not under tension, but as soon as you tighten the strap all the way, those brackets won't move an inch or cause any noise.

What kind of compact tractor do you have?

Hey Wes, did the CargoAnchor kit work well for your compact tractor on the trailer? I'm curious to know if everything held up as expected because it could really help others with similar setups.
