Are CargoBuckle CargoAnchor Mounts Powder Coated?

Are these mounts powder-coated? I want to make sure they don’t rust in the weather. Sometimes trailer parts don't hold up in Minnesota where there's snow and salt in winter, and then harsh summer.

They sure are. Both the angle # CB99GR and multi mount # CB49GR kits have a black powder coat finish to resist corrosion, and the straps themselves retract into sealed housings. These are built for outdoor use, just rinse them off now and then if you’re trailering in salty or muddy conditions, and you'll be all set.
CargoBuckle also has a kit with angle and multi mounts all in one, along with 2 ratchet straps of course: # CB69GR.
The angle mounts allow the strap to sit horizontally, whereas the multi mounts allow the strap to sit vertically. It really comes down to what your hauling and what your preference is.
