Hello Daniel, thanks for reaching out. The Swagman Roamer LT Roof Rack # S80510 can be used on most any pop-up camper or camper shell. We do not have any instructions specifically pertaining to your 2024 Rockwood 1640ltd pop up camper though. So it would be up to you to find the ideal mounting location, making sure the bars and cargo area clear and obstructions on the roof. I have included a link to the manufacturer instruction for you. That will show you everything you need to know about setup. I have also linked a video that shows an example of installation and setup.
