Barbara's Fan Isn't Working

My fan refuses to go in to air out mode. It opens but the blades dont move. Works great for hot air in, tho...

Barbara that sounds absolutely miserable. I have no idea how to help you though because I don't see any order or history or know what fan you're talking about. If you could find a part number and/or the manufacturer and model of your fan I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot or replace it.
