What is the difference between Kuat racks: NV12B and BA12B. Will the ramp Item ANVBRB work on both racks?

Good question, Karen!
The Kuat NV 2.0 # BA12B is the matte black base model and the Kuat NV 2.0 # NV12B is the metallic black "fancy" model that includes a work/repair stand for your bikes (see included picture). Other than that though, they are the same. If you aren't worried about the bike stand and or how shiny the rack is, I would save the money and go for the base # BA12B. It's still a Kuat and extremely nice.
The # ANVBRB Access Ramp will also work for both models, so no problems there!
