I have a Jayco 2019 and looking to put on a sidewinder hitch, the hitch is LCI 6893342 and serial S002012757 will RP34FR work and hitch RP75VR

Your pin box number is a Lippert 1621. So yes, the Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret - 20,000 lbs # RP34FR will work great on your 2019 Jayco. The Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package - Single Jaw - 32,000 lbs # RP75VR will also be a great fit for your 2019 Ram 2500 with the OEM Prep Package.
