Question:
Do you sell a 2 receiver tube model of this hitch?Im thinking of buying a certain bike rack that only takes a 2 receiver. If you dont sell a 2 receiver is there such a thing as an adapter for going from 1-1/4 to 2?

All the hitches that we have that are for a 2007 Toyota Prius are Class I hitches and have a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. Due to the attachment points on the vehicle and the weight rating of a Class I hitch it is limited to carrying 2 bikes. Some manufacturers have have installed stops in the hitches to make them specifically exclusive to using Class I rated hitch accessories, including bike racks. I have included a helpful article that explains this further.
A hitch adapter might be an option for your depending on your bike rack. We have two hitch adapters that are compatible with Class I hitches that do allow for 2 inch accessories to be used. These are the # HTAD, and the # HT5R. However please note that using a hitch adapter like either one of these will decrease the tongue weight (downward force exerted on the hitch) by fifty percent. For example if the hitch tongue weight was 200 pounds, the weight of all cargo that is using the hitch adapter would be 100 pounds. This would include the weight of the bike rack, bikes, and any bike accessories used on the hitch. The best option is to use the correct corresponding parts, and not use an adapter. I recommend using a Class I Compatible Bike rack like the ones that I have linked for you. Again this will limit you to carrying 2 bikes.
I have included links to the products listed above, demonstration videos, as well as a couple of helpful articles for your reference.
