Question:
We dry camp all over west Texas and New Mexico. I’ve got a Fuzion 419 with no gen bay, but I can fab a ventilated box in the front compartment. Can I run the CM94RR safely in that setup? 2020 Keystone Fuzion 419

Absolutely, Luis. You’ll want to make sure you meet three key requirements to fabricate a box that can hold the Cummins Onan 6000 Watt Generator # CM94RR:
1 vibration isolation rubber feet or cradle
2 airflow intake/exhaust
3 exhaust routing with a downward exit.
Also make sure your box allows for service access, especially the oil fill and start panel. If you follow those guidelines, this generator can be mounted securely and safely for off-grid boondocking with your toy hauler.
I attached a section of the instructions that covers where the intake vent and exhaust vent are located. You'll need to make sure the generator enclosure/cabinet has these opens cut out for ventilation.
