Trying to determine a direct replacement for an Atwood MPD 91232 hot water heater gas and electric for our 2012 Jayco Eagle 330RLTS. Could you help?

I reached out to Dometic who bought Atwood and they don't have any information on an Atwood MPD 91232 hot water heater. The closest direct replacement is likely the Dometic RV Water Heater # DMC74FR. I'm not sure what your current tank capacity is but this has a 6 gallon tank. The cutout dimensions are 12-3/4" tall x 12-3/4" wide x 19-7/8" deep.
Another option is to switch to a tankless water heater like the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR93FR. This runs on gas power and would ensure you never run out of hot water. The overall dimensions are 12-5/8" wide x 12-5/8" tall x 19-1/4" deep and you have the following options for doors:
