Do You Have the M565 Rubber Pad for a Rhino Rack Vortex 2500 Series Roof Rack?

Question:

Hey guys I need a rubber replacement food pad for the Rhino Rack vortex 2500 series. It has the number 565 on the bottom. Im only seeing the 505 on your store... can you help please?

Hey Ryan. I am sorry but we do not have the M565 rubber pad. I checked with Rhino-Rack and they don't list it on their site either.

What year, make, and model vehicle do you have? I can try to look for it or something comparable that way.

Thanks Jarred. The rack goes on a 2016 Ford focus, four-door hatchback. The rubber pad I need is for the front crossbar. The 565 is raised and thicker on one end while the 505 is flat… When I try to fit the crossbar to the roof with those two pads on it, there is a gap between the roof of the car and the rubber pad no matter how I adjust the angle or tighten the clamp

@Ryan You're welcome. I checked with all of our kits and Rhino-Rack. The only ones we have that are recommended for your 2016 Focus are the Replacement Foot Pad for Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Racks item # RR88VY, which is the 505 one you already have.
