Replacement Side Strap for a Tow Dolly

Question:
I took my new tow dolly on its maiden trip over all great product. The passenger side tie down strap came loose twice,the last time it came loose the straps metal hook was torn off. I check the straps each time we stop. I think the ratchet on that side is defective causing it to come loose.please could I get another assembly for the passenger side? SSG WAMSHER, USARMY,RET

Hey Darold. We've got quite a few tow dolly's and I am glad your trip went well. However, I do not see an order number from you so I have no idea which dolly you have.
What tow dolly did you purchase? Do you have a part number or model number?

Thanks for the email Darold! I checked our sales history and we sold 9 of the Demco Kar Kaddy SS tow dollies between January and February and none of them listed your name or email address. The only order I see from you is from November of 2020. To replace the ratchets on your Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly you'll need the following parts: Driver's Side - Replacement Left Side Ratchet Winch item # DM5432 Passenger Side - Replacement Right Side Ratchet Winch item # DM5433 For the damaged strap you'll need the Replacement 3-Point Large Wheel Tie-Down Strap for Demco Tow Dollies item # DM03528-93.
