Thank you for the links, they were most helpful. The Tesla bike rack that you have is identical to the Yakima FullTilt 4. Yes, the Replacement ZipStrip Straps for Yakima Standard Bike Rack Cradles - Qty 2 # Y8890297 are the correct strap replacement.

What kind of bike do you have? Do you have a trail near by you like to ride? We have the Katy Trail here in Missouri, and it is always loaded with bikes!
