Hey Jerry, thanks for reaching out!

In addition to the Hott Rod RV Water Heater Conversion Kit # DGR6VP, we do have the Camco RV Water Heater Anode Rod # CAM11563 which, according to my research, will fit your Suburban since it has a 3/4" Diameter and is 9-1/2" Long. I'm not sure what adapter you're needing, but you might be able to reach out to a Suburban dealer for help with that.

Are you just performing some maintenance on the water heater?

Jon, as I understand it the Hott Rod electric water heater conversion rod is installed in place of the anode rod thus eliminating the anode. If you look at the adapter piece for the Hott Rod heating element it screws into the nut which fits into the threaded piece that mounts into the anode hole in the heater. I have seen this piece with some anode material on it and was wonder how the Hott Rod conversion kit handles the anode needs of the heater.

@Jerry Ah, I see what you mean now. I reached out to my contact at Diamond and they said "Yes, there are 2 bushings (Atwood smaller of the 2 bushings and a Suburban larger of the 2 bushings) in the kit that have an anode reducer attached."

I am referring to the anode reducer as I am sure they must be changed out every so often.
