If you want to install base rails on your 2020 Silverado 2500 you can use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP84FR. If you already have Reese rails and only need the brackets you can use the # RP57FR.
