i got this 7 way plug not having any luck getting it to work

What vehicle are you using the Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller # C51180 on, and what troubleshooting steps have you already taken?
Is the problem the app on your phone not pairing, or is the app fine, but the Echo isn't operating the brakes?
