Hello James, thanks for reaching out. The clevis hole on the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521451-5 is 3/4". This would be used with a pin like part # RM-910029.
The # RM-521451-5 base plate will be a fit for the 2021 Jeep Cherokee.
