Hello Doug,
I reached out to my contact at Pop and Lock and they stated that they do not make them in any colors, he stated that you would need to reach out to Honda for an OEM color. I am sure they will charge a pretty penny for it too.
You could go with the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock # PAL8600 which uses your existing handle. Or if you decided the black is ok, the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Handle - Power Lock and Manual Lock - Black # PL8675 is the correct one for your 2018 Honda Ridgeline.
If you do reach out to Honda, please let me know how much they want to charge for an OEM one. Do you have a tonneau cover too? With the Pop and Lock and cover would deter those 5 finger bandits for sure!
